Many small businesses only require a few hours per month to reconcile their bank account, record sales and expenses, and generate financial statements.
  • DAY TO DAY BOOKKEEPING:
    Processing of your accounts based on bank statements, invoices, and bills. This will keep records up to date and on track.
  • bank & credit card reconciliation:
    Comparison of records with what actually goes through the bank and credit card to ensure accurate records of transactions.
  • PAYROLL SERVICES:
    Calculation of source deductions and remittances to ensure your staff are paid correctly and on time and to ensure you meet your obligations as an employer.
  • Advisory Services:
    This includes providing advice and guidance on an as-needed basis for topics such as how to register the business, registering for HST, and obligations as an employer such as WSIB, government remittances, payroll, etc.
  • Deadline Tracking:
    Items such as WSIB premium remittances, payroll source deductions remittances, and HST reporting all have varying reporting periods and deadlines. These deadlines are tracked to ensure everything is submitted on time to avoid the penalties and interest associated with late filing.
  • HST REPORTING:
    This includes accurate tracking of HST paid and collected on all applicable transactions and subsequent calculation of HST owing to Receiver General based on the reporting period determined for the business.
  • REGULAR REPORTING:
    Preparation of regular accounting reports including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Projections, Accounts Payable Aging Report, Accounts Receivable Aging Report, etc. This provides the business owner with a clear financial picture of how their business is doing, which is important in decision making.

Income tax preparation It can be a daunting task for many. I will take guess work out of it and will prepare your personal or small business tax return for you. I have experience in the preparation of income tax returns for individuals and business owners. You can drop off your documents to me or you can make an appointment and I will review your documents with you to ensure I have everything I need to prepare your return. Your income tax return will be ready for submission within 5 business days. All returns are submitted directly to Canada Revenue Agency through EFILE. Rates for tax return preparation are as follows: $40 + HST for Seniors & Students $50 + HST for Individuals • $90 + HST for Couples $80(&up) + HST for Businesses (sole proprietor or partnership) EFILE included
